The Pioneer DJ DDJ-SB2 is a super-compact, 2-channel 4-deck controller. The DDJ-SB2 builds on the layout of the original DDJ-SB with a dedicated filter and gain knob per channel, filter fade crossfader setting and pad transform FX.
The Pioneer DDJ-SB2 is an all-in-one USB MIDI controller with a built in sound card. It has controls for 2 decks that can be toggled between decks to play with 4 decks. It is compatible with Mixxx since version 2.0. The sound card has 2 RCA jacks for the main output. Crossfader assign may not be set the way you want the crossfader to work. In the general setting, channels 1 and 3 should be set to the left side of the crossfader and channels 2. @Andrew As drivers are not required for the DDJ-SB2 when connected to a Mac, all you need to do is connect it and launch the software. Have you checked in the Audio MIDI Setup application (found under Applications Utilities) to see if the device shows there?
